Re: *Review* Tools of the Trade!
Superb!!
A LOT of helpful info there. It takes knowledge and experience to determine how to go about to get the perfect shine. Not just using one "X" product to do all details.

That is a pretty good start! You would be surprised just how often I require each of the Pro and Detailer series products! There is nothing worse than coming across a paint issue and not have a product to solve the problem. On top of that, there are certain products like the discontinued Engine Kote that I now reserve for my personal vehicles. I have a couple of gallons of it and love it! So when I find something a I really like using, I stock up!
Here is a pic of my "in use" products from just the Detailer Series, some consumer and some Pro Wax as well.

Re: *Review* Tools of the Trade!
Thats pretty neat how you have the Detailer Line gallons lined up behind the bottle. And it looks like you have backup gallons in case you run out
I am the same way about stocking up on products i really like
NXT Tech Wax 2.0 - 3 bottles
GC Vinyl Rubber Protectant - 3 bottles
2 bottles of DC1
2 gallons of Last Touch
1 gallon of APC
Thanks for sharing the pics, always nice to see another persons collectionNick

Re: *Review* Tools of the Trade!
Hey Tim,
It is great to see you posting on the forum again. You are certainly missed. For the newer members to MOL who don't know Tim, he used to moderate our forum and has been an integral part of making MOL what it is today.
Anyone who is new here should certainly read all of his posts(actually, even those who have already read them should read them again), use the links he put in the first post on the thread, as they are all easy to read and as complete as they can be, and the information in them is all correct and learned from experience.
Once again Tim, thanks for all you have done in the past, and I hope to see you posting more and more in the future.
Take care my friend,
Andy M.Keeping MOL family friendly! If you need help or have a question, don't hesitate to shoot me an email or PM. 101impala@gmail.com

I just bought a new silver G8. If I can get half the shine you have on that Corolla I will be happy!
Great writeup as usual with a comprehensive description of all the detailing tools! That red F-150will always stand out as an example of the transformation you can do with a rotary.

Here are few more from the archive of that truck. I am missing many many pictures that are in the archive which I have to figure out how to get access to again...
Of course I had to get my truck in the background as well!
And here are a few more of that F350 that was also thrashed when I got it! There is something about swirl free paint that can make any vehicle, regardless of type, look awesome!

Re: *Review* Tools of the Trade!
That is fantastic work you did on both those Ford pickups Tim, i say this again because it cannot be said enough. The talent and skill level you have makes you a master of detailing. red paint must be your specialty as it is glowing and more importantly it is swirl free, look forward to learning more from you through the forum, cant wait to see your next detailing thread.Nick

Ah, the Master returns...
How's things been Tim? Good to see you're still around! The shine, depth, gloss and "wetness" on all of those vehicles is absolutely incredible! I can't thank you enough for all of the tips and recommendations you've given me (still need to get some M03Haven't forgotten about that one)!
I remember all of the pictures from your detailing threads. Those trucks were messes when you got them, and now they look newer than new!
Again, good seeing you around here Tim!
