I'm not familar with the 'old school' version of #6 but, Meguiar's does still make a product bearing the same number. It is now called Cleaner Wax and is available in 16oz and 64oz sizes. It's a one-step application that cleans, polishes, and protects. It can be applied by machine or hand and will remove some light oxidation.
I've got the opposite situation: new #6 (bilingual for Canada) and older bottle of Hand Polish! I asked Mike P about this widebody bottle and he suspected it was from the mid-90's. I just looked for the thread, but it must have been lost in a forum crash.

Also, a Canadian bottle of ColourX.
ko0L!
We also offer many of our products in other languages, I should see if I can collect up some of the other languages/labeled bottles.

The #6 in the middle - found it in my dad's shop a while ago.......just wondering how old it is, if its still made / called the same name, etc
Thanks
I'll guess the #6 in the picture is from sometime in the 1980's. If it were from the 1970's, I'm pretty sure it would be in the same shape bottle, but the plastic would be clear and then I would be interested in it.
