I got one this summer and I wash amazed at how many bonded contaminants were on my paint. Also it was hard to wax and I just though that is how it is, and when I used this I knew why. This is what brought me to Meguiars products. I was searching around for odds and ends detail stuff and ran across this and read great reviews. Truly and excellent product.

Depends on how bad it is. I would allow for at least an hour. I did my Camry Saturday and it took less than 20 minutes for the whole car, but it wasn't that bad.

I changed my method of claying this time. After washing the car and rinsing, I clayed the entire car while it was wet using an ample amount of QD. I did no microfiber drying. I rewashed and dryed the car after I finished claying. I was able to finish the claying in half the time it would normally take me.

I don't think I could get away with this procedure on a hot day.

It's not that bad. The roof seem's to have the worst amout of roughness. Everything else seem's pretty smooth!!
