  • Small area's to correct??

Hello All, I have a Honda S2000. It is basically a garage queen. I have small areas that I need to do some polishing on.

My questions is how do you go about this. I don't need to do the dawn wash and remove all of the wax I have on the car. There are just some small areas that need some work. Is it okay to just use say #80 on the spots that need correcting and then reapply wax to that area?

    Thanks.

It is okay, as long as after you apply it you are satisfied with the results.

As mentioned above... #80 will remove any existing wax and prep the paint for a new coat of wax, absolutely no need to wash with dawn. Once you are done working with #80 apply your wax and your set!!

You never need to pre-remove wax for paint defect removal to work. If the product is capable of removing a thin layer of paint, an ULTRA thin layer of wax certainly won't stop it
