Does anyone have any suggestions on cleaning and repair of the trim that looks like wood in the '07 and '08 Cadillac STS. I am finding that most of the trim has been damaged by careless detailers (and owners), The trim is cloudy or scratched. Can the scratches be removed?

So it is on plastic? Have you tried a fairly gentle product like ScratchX or PlastX in a test spot?

PlastX is likely what you will need.

      ^agree

Also, M105 by hand has been popular to clean up plastic, but test first

Do a test spot with the plast-x. In a hard to see area. You should get some desirable results. Good luck to you.

You can also try the Mirror Glaze Plastic Cleaner if PlastX turns out to be a bit too aggressive.

I generally use 151 or 66 for interior wood pieces. Does a good job of removing scratches and leaves a super shiny finish!
