in the first picture those are water streaks that i missed after i dried the car.
the second picture shows the spots that looks like they dried on, but they cant be wiped off, even if i rub with a towel

I'm assuming you are wiping with QD and a towel? Have you tried washing it again; almost looks like some soap residue or something else was on the paint and dried on there?

nope on the QD, i think it has some wax in it, and dont want to risk it with the paint. and im positive its not dried residue, it wasnt warm or sunny enough to dry the soap and water before i could wash and wipe it off

Quik Detailer doesn't have wax in it (that's where Quik Wax comes in), and wiping with a dry towel won't remove dried on residue and most likely caused some swirls in the paint. Not necessarily saying it dried on before you wiped it as it looks like streaks left from an over-wet towel wiping the paint. Just trying to give you some quicker, easier ideas on how to possibly get it off. Guess it wouldn't hurt though to clean it up with some M80 either way.
