I accidentally got wax of part of the black trim on the door of accord. I can't seem to get it off. I've tried the peanut butter. It didn't help. Appreciate any advice.

I asked a similar question. I tried some APC+ and it removed it with no problem.

Re: Waxed Black Trim
i've used this on black trim that's had some caked on wax residue, grime, etc., and it has always worked well...
Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner is a tough cleaner that removes heavy dirt and grime. Great for cleaning and prepping all vinyl, plastic, rubber and urethane surfaces. Apply to vinyl tops, bumpers, plastic door panels, car and boat interiors, luggage and furniture.

Re: Waxed Black Trim
I used the Gold Class trim detailer and it seems to have worked pretty well on the mirrors of the truck (top half is paint and the bottom is plastic).Greg D.
