I've use M105 for the first time yesterday and it wasnt what i expected. I apply about a 10 inch line a the top left corner of the hood and pick it up with a rotary at 1k speed. I also mist my LC orange pad first before starting. The product seem to dry up really fast and seem to dry and stick to the panel like glue or clay. what am i doing wrong?

Re: spreading M105
That pad you're using is very stiff and when you first start out it's very dry.
It will work better once it breaks in. Maybe try a less stiff pad when first learning to use M105 as that pad is really stiff, even stiffer than our foam cutting pad and in most cases you're holding a foam pad flat to the finish so that's a lot of surface area for a stiff pad when first starting out.
What are you working on?
What are you trying to do?

If it's a show car then you can either use a wool pad or make the process more complicated and feathersand each RIDS out one at at time and then remove your sanding marks with the RB/M105/Wool Pad.
Do a search using the term Feathersanding
If it's a daily driver then you can either re-buff the entire car using a wool cutting pad and live with whatever level of RIDS removal you attain or you can stop right were you at and live with the RIDS as this is a daily driver and you're going to get more in the future, (in most cases), and understand that you have a limited thickness or film-build of paint to last over the service life of the car and the more paint you remove the less UV protection you have for the base or color coat.
