I may buy another Mercedes-Benz this weekend, and the best car for my needs is a black one. I normally have owned somewhat lighter color cars. My other Mercedes is a dark silver, not the typical lighter silver you see on Mercedes, a darker one. It's a pretty color and is gorgeous after detailing.
However, my passion for detailing has also made me appreciate the amazing reflection you get from black cars.
Sadly, it even has a couple slight swirls already, but not as bad as the other cars.
Question: With my experience and knowledge of the detail world, could I keep it swirl free, or should I not try for this car?
I'm getting a DA polisher anyway next week, and I'm quite familiar with all the products in the pro line despite being a hand only person until now. Is there any reason to think I can't keep the car swirl free most of the time, with my experience and equipment and babying it from day 1??
Thanks!!!
