    Watcha working on?

Can you use Q-tips or other type of applicator?

I cruise the make up areas to see what type of foamie things that are made for the girls.

I would apply Trim Detailer with a foam pad and let it sit for a couple of minutes and then remove the excess

Sometimes you just have to be creative, we used to sell these little foam swabs for things like you want to do but they weren't big sellers they they were discontinued.

Like mentioned, look at a Ladies beauty supply store, they have things like this for applying makeup.

Well since Meguiars don't make what you need I will post what my favorite is for trim. Wolfgang Finger Pockets.
I use them for all interior plastic panels and dash and exterior trim.

Faster than a foam applicator or rag with much better control.

These things are nice for behind interior door handles and other hard to reach places.
I don't think I will link to them but if you do a google you should be able to find them.
