I was installing some bags and a piece of my seat bracket fell and dragged on the rear fender causing what I can call a blemish in the clear coat. It looks like a blister with ridges around a small circle where the clear coat has been damaged. It is a very small area, but I know its there. What product would you suggest I use to remove the ridges. The paint does not appear to have any damage. I am not certain as to what I need to do to fix this.

So far, from these pictures it is very hard to tell. If the metal that scratched it just fell into it, I would think it could be hand removed with some M105.
This is a fantastic product to work with by hand, and you will likely need to order it online.
Maybe some members can chime in with good retailers to sell you some M105
