  • Detail Clay

I just got some D6100 mild detail clay and I am having serious problems with it. It is very sticky and I end up with stuck all over my hands. Is anyone else having the same problem or do I have some bad clay.

    Hi BigT,

Call Customer Care at 1-800-347-5700 and explain what your experiencing and they'll send you a replacement bar.

We introduced new clay bars in both our Consumer Line and our Professional Line because we were experiencing some problems with the clay bar you listed.

I had the same clay bar do that to me after about a year. I ended up having to use latex gloves while using it to prevent my hands from turning yellow. But I consider I got way too much use out of it to complain now. The new blue bar is much improved.
