wheel care suggestion

I usually just use carwash soap and a brush to clean my wheels. My car is brand new but I notice the break dust is starting to settle and it does not want to come off. Would you guys suggest I use a claybar first to clean it or should I just purchase a dedicated polish or even go straight and purchase the hot rims. i'm assuming using the polish with some cleaner on it be enough right?

I plan to use a cleaning regimen weekly and a monthly one for the wheels.
