Being a newbie, I posted on the clinic fourm probably by mistake o on how to attend a clinic at Irvine if you do not belong to one of the participating clubs. My new red 350z with 500 miles on it just got two coats of the nxt wax after a through washing with gold class wash. Problem is I can now see paint defects which I did not see before which look like water spots. Does anyone know how to remedy this after applying tech wax? Tomorrow I am ordering the PC, Quick clay. I have the Crystal polish. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Some tips for prevnting water spots.
    1. Wash your vehicle in the shade.
    2. Never wash your car if the paint is warm or hot.
    3. Use NXT Tech Wash which has water softeners.
    4. Use softened water for rinsing your car.
    5. Rinse with a hose with no nozzle to flow the water off the paint.
    6. Use WW MF towels to dry your car.

If you car gets rained on and dries in the sun, you will have water spots. The minerals will remain after the water evaporates. If you are having difficulty removing these mineral deposits, try using some vinegar. Rewax after using vinegar.
