Swirls and Holograms - Help

My name is Deivy, i´m from Brazil.
Im Working with polishing and i use the products meguiars...fficeffice" />
I'm having problems with swirls in my car and I can not fix ...
I sand with 2000 sand paper... applied diamond cut with wool pad,dual action with W8000, Swirl remover with W9000 and NXT 2.0 paste. The results are perfect...amazing...no swirls marks...
But i have a problem... Unfortunately someone scores in my car and some brands were not very serious...then I decided to apply a swirl mark remover only to remove these marks... the job was perfect...but in the next day...surprise a lot of swirls marks...i try to appy dual action with 8000 pad and swirl mark remover with the 9000 pad but the swirls do not desapear...this of the link of the picture of my hood...

Welcome to MOL Deivy!

Just a few notes for you, I moved your question over into "Detailing 101" as that is where detailing questions are best placed.

Also, if you type in Microsoft word and paste it into MOL it can create some weird issues like it did in your post, so either type it in MOL or use Notepad.

Are you working with a rotary buffer only, or are you using a DA in conjunction with the rotary?

It almost looks like the rotary is causing these imperfections.
