I'm delaying working on the car, just to be careful. The vinyl came with the car when it was purchased. I don't know if it's painted or if the vinyl was already blue. It's a dual stripe from the front to the back. (Well no longer back.. since car was rear ended before so the trunk was replaced.)

Oh, the vinyl graphics.... yeah, dont use the paint cleaner on them. You should be able to wax them gently, just be carefull along the edges.
