the car is in good shape paint is not bad but there is alot of tar specs that i haven't been able to get off. i tried meguiar's deep crystal paint cleaner but it did not do much in terms of cleaning the tar off, then i applied the nxt tech wax this was about 2 months ago. i don't know to much about cleaning cars as i am new to this. i have a 2001 solar yellow toyota mr2 spyderComment

The answer is yes. Medallion Premium Paint Cleaner can be used by hand, orbital polisher or dual action polisher.Originally posted by MRCLEAN

By hand you can apply with a foam applicator pad or with a piece of terry cloth towel. For paint that is fairly neglected you should clean a small section at a time so that you can focus on really working the product in well. Then move to a new section and overlap into the previous section.
