White streaks or white circles? Something like pictured in this thread:

Most rubbing compounds, at least traditional rubbing compounds are to coarse and aggressive to safely use on a clear coat finish.

ScratchX is a safe alternative and so is M105 Ultra Cut Compound.

ScratchX is a dedicated paint cleaner and with enough applications and some passion behind the pad should take care of these streaks. If you're lucky, they are mostly topical and the paint has not been etched or stained too deeply.

M105 Ultra Cut Compound works really well by hand and will tackle just about anything you need to do when it comes to remove defects.

        helloo,

I just wonder if this is also a water spot.!! I clayed it and the clay bar became fully dirty and there was no improvment at all. this car was parked out side for 3-4 months

in very humid hot weather and direct sun. I tried to wetsand 2500 then M105 with w4000 but the surface seemed dry and the pad change to grey color or maybe this is the color of the car.

Don't think it's a huge water spot, I think it's clear coat failure

Only cure for what I see in that picture is to paint it.
That is clear coat failure or to put it another way your paint is shot

Definitely clear coat failure, the only honest fix it to repaint the car or the affected area.
