  • Which wax

I'm torn between using X-Press Wax and M26. Is M26 has fast to work as X-Press wax? I know X-Press Wax isn't is good as M21 2.0.

I would be using the products for onsite wash and wax without doing a full detail with paint correction etc.

So how does X-Press Wax compare to M26 (in liquid format)

The thing with X-press is that it would go on and dry faster.... It should help you get moving along quicker.

I really liked X-press wax for that reason. It almost dries instantly. Gives a nice look too.

Never used Xpress wax, but I know that M26 is very user friendly and goes on super easily. Xpress might dry faster, but you could always just wax the entire vehicle and start removal in the reverse order...I would think it would easily be ready by then.

          Just a thought...

M26 require skill for apply. Buffing need to be fast as well. It work very well on darkening dark colour car.

More skill than using a rotary buffer?

What do you want to apply the product with. And remember, XPress wax doesn't provide that much protection and is meant to be a "booster wax." So you shouldn't even be comparing M26, a true wax, to Xpress Wax.

As the name implies, X-Press wax is an express wax in that it's designed to be applied and wiped off quickly.

It's in our Professional Detailer line while M26 is in our Professional Line, sometimes the line a product is in can be an indicator as to what type of goals the product is designed to accomplish, in this case it's for production car washes where after they wash and dry the car or even as they're drying the car the wax is wiped or sprayed on quickly and then wiped off and this will leave the paint looking shiny and glossy.

In a production line, after one car is completed it is moved out of the way and the next car is moved forward as this process is duplicated over and over throughout the day.

It's a high quality high-speed wax to gloss up paint for production car washing offering an Express Wax option. This is the norm for the car wash industry and there are many products that compete in this category. When it comes to Meguiar's X-Press Wax, you get more wax for your money as some of the competitor products for this niche segment are very inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

                  X-press Wax
Meguiar's® X-Press Liquid Wax uses a unique blend of wax and polymer agents to produce deep, rich gloss with lasting protection. This formula provides ease of application and instant wipe-off, making it the perfect choice for any production environment where Meguiar's quality results are as essential as speed and efficiency.
