I was cleaning my interior leather and i notice that i saw the leather was stained. I was using APC diluted to 10:1 so i dont know why it stained because i did not let it sit. Is there anything i can do.

Re: Help!!!!!! APC Stained Leather
Did it stained where you spray it...like dots here and there, kinda like the spray pattern? I have noticed this before and it dries up.

Re: Help!!!!!! APC Stained Leather
how dirty are your seats? sounds like the "stain" is actually clean leather and you may have to clean the rest of the seat as clean as the "stain" when i clean leather seats i clean one section at a time, that is i devide the seat into the sections created by the stiching seems. while i clean that section i cover the other area of seat with a towel or wipe off cleaner that sprays over. also spray your cleaner on the seat uniformily.

Originally posted by barrman View PostI think that's it. You mentioned that you applied the APC directly to the leather, and noticed 'run' marks. The areas that ran or that had more APC on them cleaned up more, so you're seeing the clean leather streaks. You can avoid this by applying the APC to a terry or mf, then applying it on the leather from there.
