SratchX W8006 not cutting type2 water mark

  • SratchX W8006 not cutting type2 water mark

    4 to 5 passes on my g220 is not able to remove it. watermark got lighter but its still there if u look at it from an angle.

    wats next then? M83?

    Have you tried doing the job by hand?
    By hand you can concentrate on the area and put more pressure behind the pad. If you have you can always try M80 on the G220 or even M105 by hand if you have it

    Remember that you have type 2 water spot, paint has etch so maybe you can't remove it completely but you can always make it less noticeable.

      thanks, impossible to do it with passion as there is too many of them. have to use a machine, that the reason why i buy this g220 for.

        I personally would try M83 next and try both the new polishing (yellow) and maroon cutting pads and let us know how that works.

        If that still doesn't work, you can also try M105 by hand. I realize "by hand" sounds crazy, but the M105 works incredibly quickly and it wouldn't be as bad as you might think.

          ScratchX is pretty mild as far as swirl mark removers go...

          Try some M80 or some M83 and be sure to check how you're using the tool with the information here...
