  • Wffle Weave Micro fibers???

Can someone tell me about the waffle weaves for drying the car??
Do u just ring them out like you did with shamies?? and keep drying or are they like cotton towels that you have to switch to a new one when the old one gets too wet??

    thanks

You wring them out as you go along and, once wrung, you have a 'like-new' towel to start again with.

The advantage that a WW Drying Towel has over Chamois is that it is able to provide a media to keep a would-be problem bit of grit/grime/sand from being drug back and forth across your vehicle's paint. This is done by the grain actually being entrained and protected within the towel. Of course, this isn't necessarily going to work all of the time but, versus a chamois, you can see that the potential to keep a particle off of the paint is much greater.

Meguiar's offers a VERY high quality Waffle Weave Microfiber Towel for $12.95. This towel comes in a hard plastic case that can be utilzed for storing the towel or to protect it when you toss it in your trunk or console. I own two of these and it's just about the only thing I'll use to dry!

One thing I've notice about the WW towel is if I move the towel accross the surface a bit slower the towel soaks up more water, reduces the how many amount times I have to wring and minimizes the remaining water drops.

Great product I bought 2 of them.
