It is a Dual Xenon Light, most people use the one made by Brinkmann. Search eBay for it and you'll find it right away. Some people for a while found them at a store called Tuesday Morning, but I'm not sure if they still have them.

Brinkman xenon light. Found at Pep Boys auto parts stores for about $30. I believe they are a national wide chain.

for $20 there's no way its xenon. maybe a halogen coated bulb?
Xenon flashligts are upwards near $500 and have transformers etc..

How well does this unit worked, compared to any halogen or LED flashlight?

I'm no expert on xenon but on www.brinkmann.net they list the Maxfire Dual Xenon for $29.95.
Claims to have two xenon bulbs with Ni-Cad rechargeable batteries.
I believe this is the one that has been discussed often on this site.

Your link above is missing an "n" in brinkmann. Here is the URL I think you meant to post.

Im pretty sure they are just LED bulbs in the brinkman. They work very good for the price.

They call it dual Xenon and are rechargeable. Found them at Fred Meyer (Oregon Stores only?) and work quite well at finding swirls etc in paint.

A lot of people use them.
