  • Interior detailer

I am currently using Turtle Wax Ice Total Interior for maintaining the plastics on the inside of my car and have been pretty pleased with the results. I am almost out and since I started using Megs products for my exterior detailing, I thought about picking up some interior products as well. If anyone has used both, how do these products stack up together? I do like the fact that the ICE doesn't leave behind a super glossy finish, although a little more wouldn't be that bad, and seems to be good at repelling dust. Also, do all of the interior cleaners offer some UV protection? I searched through the forums but there doesn't seem to be a lot of attention given to the interior products.

While I haven't used it myself (yet) M40 seems like a good choice for the hard surfaces, that or Hyper Dressing. If its already pretty clean and you just need to maintain it, then the Quick Interior Detailer is amazing.

The M40 is my choice. Has a cleaner in it and does not leave that super glossy finish, has nice soft natural finish.

My vote would be for $30. But, if your looking at local stores, then get the Meguiar's Quick Interior stuff. I haven't tried it but I hear good things about it. Plus, it seems to be the type of product your using now. Mist and wipe.

Thanks for the quick replies. I will look into these two products. I do like the ease of mist and wipe. I always seem to treat the interior part of my detailing routine as a chore that I have to do so I try to look for the easiest solution that still works.

M40 is an awesome product but maybe you can find Quik Interior Detailer faster, it's a good product, cleans and protects all surfaces and it smells AWESOME!

M40 does offer UV protection also as opposed to hyper dressing.

I like Gold Class interior protectant, usually found at Target, or Natural Shine which can be found at almost any car auto place.

Quick Interior Detailer is a great product too.
