  • Xzlion Compatable

I have new 2008 Honda Accord an it was treated with a product called Xzilon (a sealant) on the paint. Really looks good (Pearl Black Paint)
I am not suppose to have to wax for several years ( as goes the sales pitch) but that habit is hard to break.
On the websight it says that I can use a carnuba wax on this product. Would the NTX product be compadtable also. How about your other products.
I have use your products for years with wonderful results
    Thanks,
    Bobky

Generally you can put carnuba wax on anything since it only sits on top. But you may void warranty from the dealership if you do. NXT is a sealant which bonds with the paint.

Actually, it's spelled Xzilon and in order to find more information about this product on this forum, any forum or via Google, you'll want to spell it correctly.

Click the link below and copy and paste this word into it for probably more than enough reading on this product.

Also, I deleted your other post of the same topic.

Please don't double-post. One post per topic is all that's needed to get information.

        Thanks!

          Re: Xzlion Compatable

I haven't read a single thing about your specific coating, but I have read pages and pages and pages of discussion on numerous automotive detailing forums and the consensus across the board is that there is no miracle sealant on the market.

In other words, wax your car and wax it often. The sealant will likely last 6 months at best, and it certainly will NOT offer the cosmetic and slickness benefits of regular waxing.

NXT, NXT 2.0, #26, Gold Class....any wax you can think of will work fine. Wax away my friend.
