Well this weekend I plan to do my first automotive detailing ever. I plan to buy a Porter Cable 7424 to be on the safe side since I heard it is fool proof; however, the thing that I am having trouble with is deciding all the other stuff that I will need, instead of the stuff what I might need or will not need since it seems that it can add up to $500 easily which I prefer not to, until I see what I can do vs having it professional done. There are wet sanding marks, holograms, and numerous swirl marks of various depths. Also is planning to spend around $200 too low?
