I was not happy with the results of my first test application of NXT 2.0 a few weeks ago. After one day in the blazing sun, the finish turned to a greasy, streaky mess.
After reading the raves and taking to heart the several recommendations I received, it was clear that I was my own worst enemy. So, this past weekend, my black beauty got the full treatment: clay/M83/M80 and my second attempt with NXT 2.0.
All I can say is WOW! I'm convinced I did not let the initial application dry long enough so this time a full hour passed before removal. Following Mike P's instruction on how to correctly remove the product, the results are nothing short of fantastic. Deep, rich shine without a hint of grease or streaking after 3 days cooking in the sun. Just like everything else I've learned from you fine folks, it ultimately comes down to technique, technique, technique.
Thanks to all who helped me over the hump! I'm sold on NXT 2.0!
