  • Cleaning wool pads

I'm thinking about getting some wool pads and was curious how to maintain them. Is it necessary to use water and soap/degreaser to clean them or will spurring them after a detail be good enough? I've also looked into the Universal Pad Washer. What do you guys usually do?

A pad cleaner would be a great idea. They make quick work of cleaning and maintaining your pads. If your getting new wool pads its also a great idea to spurr them to help prepare them for first time use and remove excess wool.

While detailing you can use compressed air to clean them also if you have a compressor.
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.
