Why are the "old" Scratchx tubes still being sold in Canada?...I have yet to see a tube of the "improved" formua that I read about on this website...I know that we are not getting the latest product because I read the instructions and they still tell us to let it dry and then rub off the residue rather than continue rubbing until the product disapppears

actually you use new scratch X the same as old scratch X except the new one can be used with a DA.....

and i think i read about another canadian line having new formula in old bottle because of the requirement of having french instructions on the labels..... dono if same is happening for scratch X

I suspect it's just old stock that hasn't been sold & replaced yet. I've seen it around here too, some places have the new stuff, some don't.

Personally, I like the old stuff better. The tube of new ScratchX that I got was half liquid. It wouldn't mix - I wound up tossing it.

If I could still order the old stuff, I would.

Meguiars stands by their products. Why do you think you didn't just get a bad tube? Have you contacted customer service?

I know I should have - Mike P even suggested it...but my bad. My guess is that they would have had me send it back. At the time, I was really busy at work and it wasn't worth the hassle for a few bucks.

Yes, this was after vigorous shaking. The liquid and the cream just wouldn't mix.
