What is it that you are wanting to do to it? Clean it, or protect it maybe?

    Need more info...

Your best bet would probably be using the Marine Line Canvas cleaner, or apc. This would be my suggestions.

Our M39 Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner does a great job deep cleaning vinyl convertible tops - spray it on, agitate with a soft to medium brush and wipe off. Treating can be a little tricky though as most dressings are water based and will therefore wash off fairly easily. M40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner will do a nice job protecting from UV rays and leaves a nice natural finish. It is recommended to work it into the surface a bit, let it sit for a few minutes then come back and wipe it down thoroughly with a clean, dry towel. You do not want to leave a lot of the product on the surface.

After heavy rain you may find you need to reapply it.
