Is the recommended application by hand or can it be applied by the G110? If it can be applied with the G110, would it be by bonnet over a 7006, or would 8006 no bonnet be better? Anyone have any experience with results they liked?

    Thank you in advance.

      Re: Cleaner Wax

ALL our Paint Care products in the Consumer Line can be applied by hand, DA Polisher or Traditional Orbital Polishers except things like quick detailers and spray-on waxes.

      Thus,

      Paint Cleaners
      Polishes
      Waxes

Can all be applied by machine.

Apply with an 8006 pad and remove (after drying) with a bonnet over a 7006 pad would work well.

Mort beat me to it. That would be my choices.

            Re: Cleaner Wax

Thanks all!!! I'll be using the cleaner wax (hopefully it will do) on a friends mothers Kia DD. It's pretty banged up and he said he just wants it to look a little better cause his mom is always asking to borrow his car cause her's is so dirty (I'll be doing my first interior on this too). The hood looks as though it was cleaned with windex and has streaks all over it. I was thinking (hoping more the word) the cleaner wax may get it to a uniform color and add a little shine in the process. I'll be posting pics in the "Show off your latest" area, hopefully early next week. Would have loved to try 151 on it, but I have none. That's coming in the next order for sure!

Got ya! I was probably going to say 8006 either way. Me personally though with the A-12, I'd probably use a 9006.

I've had great success applying the A-12 Cleaner Wax with the 8006 pad for a good amount of bite.

Not sure if I have mentioned this before, but I love Cleaner Wax! I find myself using it on SO many different things. Door jambs, exhaust tips, chrome, under hood areas, and oh yeah, on paint too. One of my favorite Meg's products.

                        Re: Cleaner Wax

i actually detailed a neighbors car this sunday, and they didnt want to spend much, but have the car looking clean, so a wash partial clay, and cleaner wax on a white ccs pad, with my UDM cleaned it up real nice..

the neighbor was blown away, and for someone who didnt want to spend much, gave a 25 dollar tip...so i took the 25 dollar tip and said hold on, give me 20 minutes, in the 20 minutes i degreased and dressed the engine bay...they were just stunned with the service i gave them..we both felt great at the end of the job...

Great story! That's about the same boat that I'm in here. He doesn't want to spend a lot of money, so hopefully my results will come out similar to yours.

thanks guys, making a customer happy like that means more to me ,than making 300+ dollars on customer that just pays and drives off...even though the money pays the bills, a happy customer means im a happy person for that day atleast, and feel ive done good..

not to mention i told them i was gonna start at 8 am, but feeling how how it was saturday, i was up at 530, to beat the heatn and already working on ther car at 6 am, by the time 8 rolled around i was putting the finishing touches on the exterior, and ready to clean up the interior and wrapped it up at 10...beating the afternoon heat..

normally color x would have been used in situation like that, but i had to get use of the lil bottle of cleaner wax that came with the smooth surface clay kit..lol

                              have a great afternoon everyone..
