Lt1: No, it is a nissan 240sx. Regardless, the problem is the same. For some reason, and I'm not quite sure why, it has amassed these scratches over the past 3 years alone! What is sad is the fenders that are next to it that are 12 years old have very light scratches in them! It is obviously, as you said, due to low quality construction.
Nolan and JA: Trust me, every time I go out to my car and see the sun shining directly on the hood, which in turn makes them extremely visible, a piece of myself dies...
I've decided to just go get theOEM hood and front bumper when cash is sufficient...
