Spray for bottom half of cars i detail

most cars i detail have road grime/tar on the bottom half of them. is APC 4:1 a good pre-wash spray to apply to a wet painted surface to loosen the grime a bit?

Method in mind:

Rinse
APC 4:1 sprayed on bottom half
Foamed with Meg's Hyperwash/CG CWG/CG HDW
2BM with Meg's GC/CG GWG

what do yall think?

I'd try APC 10:1 first.

"Use the least aggressive product to get the job done"

You could mix two bottles up, 10:1 and 4:1 and use the 10:1 first, if this isn't working you can then try 4:1
