If you are getting splatter using the PC something is going wrong.

Are you applying the product directly to the pad or are you applying the product to the paint surface?

PC are meant to be use applying the product directly to the pad, then laying the pad on the paint and then turning on the machine on. I apply a very thin line almost in the edge of the pad forming a circle.

Really depends on the environments humidity, temperature but on average it will take 15mins to 20mins to cure and be ready to remove, it could take longer, I suggest read this The Swipe Test to be sure when the wax is ready to be removed

Need more information, the problem will be your technique but we need to know what kind of tool you're using because you use different techniques with different tools.

If you're using a DA Polisher, you apply the product to the face of the pad and then place the face of the foam pad onto the paint and then turn it on and spread the product out over the surface you're going to work.

If you're doing this on speed settings higher than the 5.0 then it's going to tend to through splatter as when you first start out you'll have a lot of loose product on the paint.

All Meguiar's waxes should be allowed to completely dry before removing. To tell if a Meguiar's wax is completely dry and ready to remove we teach a method called "The Swipe Test"

      The Swipe Test

As for how long? If you do your prep-work correctly then all you have to do is make 2-3 passes over each square inch and continually move around the car until all the painted panels are coated with M21 or whatever your choice of wax or paint sealant might be.

        Re: Question.

Well I may be applying a little to much onto the pad.. I kinda put some on the pad then rub it into the paint then start off with either 4 or 5.

Below is how to apply fresh product to the face of you foam buffing pad when first starting out and your pads are dry. After you break you buffing pad in by working this initial amount of product over a section of paint, you can cut down on the amount of product you're using as the pad will be less likely to absorb as much product.

Remember don't turn the polisher on until the face of the foam pad is in contact with surface of your car's paint.

Quickly spread the product out of the surface you're going to work then slow your arm speed down and begin to use overlapping motions to work the product.

            Re: Question.

Ok the other question is when rubbing the swirl removing liquid in, do I let dry?
