  • Black Hualmark Enclosed trailer "pics coming"??????

If anyone has experience waxing/ heavy oxidation removal on aluminum skinned trailers I could use some help. Baked on enamal finish I believe and I have heard horror stories about using a buffer on it "burns easily"

Here is what I was thinking

Megs #83 applied with foam pad, with variable speed Dewalt 1000-3000 rpm. Very light pressure and lowest setting on the buffer.

Removal by hand with microfiber 3m.

Finish with Hi-Tech #26 same methods of application and removal/ even thinking of hand application for this process.

    What do you think?

Ditch the buffer and go to a porter cable or other dual action. Use SOLO and a 8006 pad.

Apply with moderate/firm pressure with slow over lapping passes.
