Glass streaking or swirls

I was washing my car and afterwards when the car was dry, i used some final inspection on the windows to make it look better, but a day after i noticed that there were some swirls or streaking on the window. I;m not sure what you call them but it is definitely not smooth looking.

What can i do to remove it? I tried using a terry towel over the spot but it looks like it just moves around.

Well, quick detail types of products can smear a bit on the windows sometimes.

The best thing would be to just give them a proper cleaning. I like to clay my windows every so often, as well as using the Nxt Glass Cleaner and some RainX.

its not like smudges, because you can only see it under the reflection of the sun, where it is kind of like hologram on your car's paint.

If it is moving around, it isnt a scratch/swirl, so it is some kind of residue from something. Try a proper glass cleaning and see if it goes away.

I agree with the above. If you use a QD on glass, you have to take extra time to make sure it isn't smearing. Glass Cleaner and a clean MF should take care of it.

I agrree with everyone else. Take some clay on your glass and then use a dedicated window cleaner and you should be fine.

A proper cleaner should remove this problem.

Can you take pictures of it for us to see what you are referring to?
