Thanks Mike! I found somethign called Irfanview that allows me to resize, and I used to use Photo Bucket, so that should help.
Oh, as an update, I ended up going to another person locally this time (not in Cleveland) and his shop is amazing, been open for 30 years, and his work is very detailed and reputable. Looks like it's going to cost triple to FIX what someone else did, unreal... I don't know if I'll ever re-invest into the car at this point.
I'm just kind of upset, because all I really loved to do in my sparetime is detail my car, and now since it's so far from 'mint' at this point, I don't get the same satisfaction from it, I'm sure you guys can relate.
Anyway, thanks A LOT for the help and the responses!!!

They are all great forums with a lot of talented people answering questions, I just posted the links because I thought it was funny, no harm intended and in your shoes I would have done the same thing, that is ask on multiple forums to get as much information as possible to fix the problem.
