I was wondering what do you like more m80 or m83 with a g110 and W8006 pads? And can you use a cutting pad like W7006 with the g110?

A wool pad is for the rotary only. The G100/110 just doesnt have the power/torque to move it effectively.

As far as #80/#83, they are different products. You would try #80 first, then #83 if you needed something stronger.

my go to polish is 80 mainly becuase I am able to remove most paint defects. and if I need it I will then bump up to 83 then do 80. Meguiars does not recommend the use of a 7006 pad for use with a g100/g110. This is due to the fact that the g100/g110 does not have the power to break down the rotary only products. It is also not recommended due to the fact that the 7006 pad could instill some hazing to the paint that depending on your skill level you may have a hard time with them. Only use a 8006 and 9006 pads with 83,82,81,80. These all are g100/g110 safe products. I hope this helps.

My favorite is #80 as well. I love the finish it leaves and just working with it is the easiest out of all the cleaner polishes to me. As far as using the W7006 foam cutting pad on a PC it is not recommended but you can use it with a microfiber bonnet over it for waxing purposes.

If you want a cutting pad, you could try the orange Lake Country pad. It works great and isn't as risky as a W7006 pad.

I stay away from the w7006 pad when using the G100. I like the #80 better. For the finish it leaves and the longer play time you have in working the product.
