Shelf Life and Storage of Product?

I've got a can of #26 I bought 1.5-2 years ago. It's about 3/4 gone. Should I use this or go buy a new can? Do detailing products lose effectiveness after time...especially after being opened?
Also when winter hits...should I take all my products inside to avoid the cold weather?

Hi Mike,

Meguair's products have a shelf-life of 3-5 years as long as they have not frozen. You should be good to go.

Mike: What actually happens to the product after the 3-5 years? Does it no longer protect, does it crumble up or clump up, or is not spreadable or what?
