  • Wash with wax in it, and applied wet waxes...??

I was wondering how exactly do these washes that have waxes in them work? Either store bought or the ones you spray on at a car wash and spray off with the car wet? I notice meguiars doesn't make any washes with wax in it?
Are they worth anything for maintaining some protection?
    Thanks!

Well, better than nothing, but a good coat of wax on a prepared surface would be best.

Well i'm no chemist but i was tought that the amount of wax that is in these wash/ wax products are just so they can put it on the label it is not enough to protect your paint from anything. Think about it, the people that dont really know about detailing will see these products and buy them up because they see forged with real carnuaba wax! Just my thoughts on the subject.
