  • G-110 Newbie with Questions

Have been detailing my cars for yrs. by hand. Time to get with the 21st century, plus getting older, need a quicker solution & better results. My questions are: Besides the NEW polisher, what else as far as pads and such will I need, Have a 07 Toyota Tacoma with paint in excellent condition, and a 03 Toyota Camry with paint in average to above condition. This car has some scratches and swirls. I use the NXT. 2.0 wax on the vehicles now but would like better results. Is it worth for me to purchase the new liquid conditioner for the camry. I do clay before waxing. Anything else I might need. Thanks.

Congrats on deciding to get a G110! It's a great machine. You would need a few W8006 Meguiar's pads. These can be found at autodetailingsolutions.com and some M80 and M83.

            Re: G-110 Newbie with Questions

If you order from ADS, you want to get the case of six pads.

            1 7006
            3 8006
            2 9006

and a pack of 6 MF bonnets for wax removal. DO NOT use the 7006 pad on your paint, it is for under the bonnets only.

                  Re: G-110 Newbie with Questions

The #151 is a bit of a cleaner/wax, so at least comparing to previous products, one would tend to get best results from products dedicated to each step. All-in-one products tend to be second best, so to speak.

Hard to say if this is still the case with a new products, but I dont think you would go wrong with #80.
