How do you detail the grills and behind the emblems on the yaris without damaging the paint and the chrome plastic? Im afraid that using brush will damage the paint.
Is there a product the i can use on the plastic that is not greasy and maybe last longer? Currently using armorall.
    What tools do i need?

Take a paint brush, wrap duct tape around the metal part (to prevent damaging the car), add soapy water and VOILA a clean grill...not to mention all the other tight spots the soft bristles can get into...if the brush is TOO soft, cut the bristles a bit shorter, it will make it stiffer.

Cover the area in red with the duct tape

I took your picture and outlined in red a few areas where a brush like like this might come in handy:

Wont the brush itself scratch the paint? How do i apply the dressings espcially at the emblem? What kind of dressing should i use?

No, not if you use a quality brush and remember that 2 or 3 gentle cleanings are much better than 1 rough cleaning...a dedicated car wash soap, and a light touch are all you should need. If the first time doesn't get it completely clean, do it again.

I can't suggest one of Meg's vinyl/plastic dressings over the other, it depends on what you want - high gloss? low gloss? natural shine? It's up to you...as for applying the dressing, use Q-Tips for tight spaces

If not Q-Tips, the only other thing I can think of at the moment is to use the corner of a small cloth or towel.
