Today I picked up a bottle of #80 at the local Autobody Supply store 3 minutes before they closed. 
They have every Meguiar's professional product I could imagine being there (32 oz and 1 gal) and are definitely my top store now.
Anyways, after washing the car I took out my new buffer from Harbor Freight and spread some speed glaze out with the cotton pad and then put it on low speed (2800RPM). I pulsed the buffer so it would go at a lower speed. I put some weight on it and clicked it into full on. When it let it up it would spin very fast, but when I put 15-20lbs of pressure on it, it would slow down a lot. I'm sure it couldn't have been doing more than 1500RPM.
The technique wasn't really too hard. I got used to it very fast and then did sideways, up, and diagonal paths.
A lot of the polish goes down though and I might need to buy a gallon of this stuff
I also noticed Meguiar's really doesn't fill their bottles to max :P
After three passes this is what I ended up with taping the edges off to do a small area:
