  • Step2 - Step3

    Hi,
My question is after doing step 2 which is polishing, do i need to wait (if ever how long) before proceeding to step 3 which is waxing?

You should be fine, once you are completely finished with the polishing then you can move right on to waxing. The only time i would wait is when using a rotary the paint can get a little warm and sometimes hot if doing it incorrectly and in that case i would wait because it is recommended that you apply a wax onto a cool surface. But other than that you should be good to go.

        No need to wait.

Simply apply the polish, work it in, usually 2-3 passes over each square inch of paint, then wipe off the excess residue. After you've finished polishing all the paint, move right on to applying wax.

There's this also in the Hot Topics forum in case there's any questions about which products need to dry.
