  • Brownish stain on headliner

I have light brownish stains on fabric headliner and they wouldn't come off using 1:10 APC. How do you suggest to clean this next time?

These stains are very light, it comes in small patches. The headliner was very dirty and these stains are the last dirt that are very stubborn.

What causes these stains? nicotine from cigs? I am sure the owner likes to keep the windows open since the headlines are so dirty.

Maybe someone opened a can of Coke or Pepsi that had been shaken up and it squirted soda pop onto the headliner?

    (It's happened before)

Maybe take it to a reputable detail shop and see if they can do it for you using a steam extractor?

You usually have to be very careful with headliners so that you don't stretch the material and make it sag or droop.
