What if My PT has vinyl Decals on it?
can i just wash and wax it normally? or should I avoid the vinyl when waxing?

Well, if they are smooth, some wax applied gently wont hurt them. But if they are textured, you'll want to keep the wax away.

You'll still have to wach around the edges either way, as you dont want to pull up he edge, and dont want wax to build up there either.

I have smooth vinyl decals and I just work my way right on over them.

I am led to believe that the solvent content in paste waxes can cause the edges to lift. Some people mask out the edges - personally, I would be inclined to use a synthetic sealant (maybe twice) before applying a wax. Steer clear of "cleaner polishes", too.

        What do others think?
