  • black paint & pollen! . . . california car duster?

o.k., it isn't a meguiar product, but i got one as a gift, and am a little unsure as to whether or not it is o.k.?
i have a new 08 black mustang bullitt,
just washed yesterday with meg's gold class, blew dry with a new, "car-only" leaf blower, and parked in the garage.
    great!

    however, . . .

just from the garage being up and down throughout the day, there is already a fine coat of pollen on the back 1/3 of the bullitt.

would a california car duster be o.k. to use in this situation, or am i risking making marks in the paint/clear coat.

Just don't press the duster down onto the paint and you will be fine. Only the bottom like 1/2" or so of the duster should be touching the paint.

Also shake it out frequently. You should have no problems.

I use a another brand's version of this too. I have a black 04' GT and have no problems with it.
