Well last week, I wanted to show my friend UQD, so I sprayed it half the trunk on his car while it was VERY dusty and in dire need of a wash, which he was about to do, and wiped it off to a nice clean surface. The surface was already swirled up pretty bad, so I cannot comment on that, but the impressive thing is what happened next.
With absolutely no drying time, right after I did that, we than began washing his car. The water just pooled and stuck on the car, except when it got to that one part on the trunk where it beaded like NO tomorrow! It was unbelievable how well it beaded, and it shocked both of us! I was not expected it to do so well, and in fact was expecting it to just wash right off, but oh no, it just beaded up very nicely.
Well, after that little surprise, I was over at his house again to help him finally clay/wax his car, and this is exactly 6 days later. Again, while washing, the entire car pooled up water and it stuck to the paint, but once the water hit that one spot on the trunk, IT STILL BEADED, and did so just as well as the first time!
Guys, to say the very least, any doubts I had about this product have just been thrown out the window. Not only doesn't it streak on a black car in Southern California sunlight, but for a wipe on, wipe off product, I am completely shocked on how well it can protect the surface!
