Rather Upset Meguiars Enthusiest

sorry for posting this here .... I didn't know exactly where I should post this!

I don't want to cause any waves but I am rather annoyed! Earlier in the begining of the summer I had started a thread about getting a Detail day in the NY/NJ area. After lots of talk about it (over 40 posts and 5+ pages) Nothing ever happend!

This is not something I expected from Meguiars! I could understand if it ust was not geographicly possible, however after reading another thread about a Washington DC event its rather discouraging to hear.... (considering DC is not all that far away)

I can gather that this is not going to happen within the next month or 2 or perhaps even before next year... What would it take to get something rolling for next spring? Can we lock in a date?

You know, last night, I tried about 15 times to reply to the Detail day in NY/NJ thread and each time the server timed-out and I could not post the link to the upcoming New Jersey thread. I tried, but technology wouldn't let me do it.

I understand where you are coming from... I appreciate your quick reply it goes to show that you guys really do care! I guess its somewhat out of jealousy.... we get to see all these great events out on the west coast....while we just get to talk about it here on the east coast!

I would really like to learn the rotary more hands on. Watching the video is one thing but seeing in real life is another.
