It's too darn cold to wash by hand. Plus I don't always have time to do a real wash. I do realize it takes the wax off after a few times but try to wax more often to make up for it. I figure it's better than leaving all that road salt on.

Same here...just had 10 inches of snow and tons of salt on roads...my new Silverado looked white ( not the color either ) from all the salt used. SO went washed off at coin-op and then came home, in garage and coated with QD....and looks like this wknd will be able to get good coat of wax+polish on it.
